Meet Marci

Hi there, I'm Marci

I am a licensed physical therapist, functional nutritionist, and Dysautonomia specialist with over 25 years in clinical care. I help women in midlife navigate pelvic floor issues, hormone changes, and complex symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, and gut dysfunction using a personalized, root-cause approach.

I've teamed up with my husband, Dr. Damon Zavala (Internal Medicine D.O.), to offer comprehensive care that blends functional testing with medical insight. After struggling through my own midlife transition, I now feel stronger at 50 than I did in my 30s.

I help women understand what’s happening in their bodies, make informed choices, and rebuild their health in a way that’s sustainable, personalized, and grounded in science. Whether you’re dealing with incontinence, fatigue, “mystery” symptoms, or just want to feel strong and clear again, you’re in the right place.
